Doctors Opposing Circumcision (DOC) is an international network of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals founded in 1995. The group argues that non-therapeutic circumcision of a minor violates medical ethics and the child's right to bodily integrity.
DOC publishes position statements, genital-integrity policy, and educational material aimed at the medical community, and supports clinicians who decline to perform the procedure.
